Due to the custom nature of our products, we begin processing immediately upon payment, so cancellations are not possible. For special cases, contact our support team at sales@bhargavi.studio.

We do not accept returns once an item is sold. However, if there is a quality defect in a regular, non-custom order, you may be eligible for an exchange in the form of store credit. Contact us within 7 working days with details and photos of the defect.
